Glenn Kyllonen - Chief Executive Officer
Glenn is an inventor and entrepreneur with a wide range of skill sets and a strong manufacturing background. He is a certified CAD draftsman and 3D Modeler who has designed, patented, and commercialized several products. He has business management and marketing experience and his products have been showcased on the home shopping channel. He currently distributes his Accu-Flex product, through wholesale and retail outlets in Canada and worldwide through online web sales.
Glenn has been involved in the manufacturing of many products, ranging from Super Yachts and Piper Aircraft to hydroelectric dams and power substations. He has owned and operated businesses that worked with mining exploration and forestry companies in British Columbia. His last position with a civil engineering firm allowed him to monitor climate change firsthand and prompted him to do something about it.
Anthony Bing - President & COO,
Anthony Bing our new President and Chief Operating Officer. Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to bear from his extensive history in manufacturing and management as a former General Manager and Director of Operations for Surespan & then Surerus, a billion-dollar company. Anthony oversaw operations and installations ranging from $30 million to $300 million and worked within management of projects of over $1 Billion recently. As an entrepreneur Anthony built his Grizzly Equipment business which is a part of the Surerus Group of companies into a $46 million venture in five years and intends to do the same for Headwind. Anthony holds degrees in Business Entrepreneurship, Accounting and Economics and has completed 1/3 of his Master’s in Business Management through Harvard University. Working closely with Glenn, Anthony will make Headwind the first choice in low wind power generated technologies starting with our Windshark 20 and Windshark 30. By spearheading the launch of our low wind turbines to the forefront Headwind will make our green technologies accessible for public, business and Government consumers alike.
Barron McConnachie - Chief Financial Officer
A licensed realtor with the Real Estate Board of Vancouver since 1984 and as recently as 2016 was in the top ten of realtors in the country for Coldwell “Banker.
His portfolio includes projects across British Columbia. In Delta BC in 1994 built and sold Sunningdale Estates phase 1 &2 for a total of 102 condominiums. Again, in Delta BC in 1996 built and sold Addlington Court, 54 condominiums and 10 townhomes. Moving into Vancouver BC in 1998 -2003 was CEO of Cyberstore Systems, the largest Internet provider in Western Canada and then of eReservation Systems Inc. a publicly traded software development and marketing company that he took through going public.
Returning to his roots in more than one way he went to Delta BC through 2005-2008 where he purchased, rezoned and built Linden Mews 15 single-family homes with 10 coach houses. Then followed this project up with Chase BC in 2008 -2012 where he bought, rezoned 65 acres into one 72 lot RV park and a 70-lot singe family subdivision and built it out. Sold in 2012. From 2015 with the inception of Headwinds to present Barron has been the CFO of Headwind Technologies Ltd.
Multi-tasking a new start-up company, Barron continued his passions of building and providing for the Lower Mainland of BC with a project in Vancouver BC in 2016 where he assembled and sold a 48-condominium unit property for a rezoning development application for $54 million in the heart of Downtown near Stanley Park.
Barron’s willingness to do the impossible in building winning businesses and development properties he entered a tourism development business. The property was Salt Spring Island Resort: Leased July 2015 and purchased in 2017 Barron rebranded the business from the beach up. In his first year of operation, successfully drove revenues to almost triple from the last year of previous owners. The business in August 2020 was sold while still following Barron’s upward trend in clientele and return guests. He made this move so that he could devote full time to his continued position of CFO with the growing successes of Headwind Technologies Ltd.
Henry Czerwonka - CPA, CGA - Director and Accountant

Public practice and industry 31 years. Tax, advisory, management, controller for a group of companies, review engagements, general business advisory, financial consulting, property management, real estate investing, real estate trade services, construction, entertainment, mechanical, agriculture, manufacturing, and a diversity of other engagements.
My motivation and pleasure as a accountant is advising and assisting growing businesses, investments and personal wealth.
The family real estate and property management business informed me of the value of managing risk.
Notable achievements were persuading management and leading a business division proposed to be shut down into a substantial profit centre, and being instrumental in advancing a manufacturing business from start-up to being sold to Purina Foods, LLP.

Outside of Peake, James passions include a Board position in
Entrepreneurs Organization Vancouver Chapter, enjoying as
much time on the water as possible and supporting memberships in ocean protection related
societies and foundations. He is also dedicated to health and well being which expands beyond
his personal quests, to the broader passion of a healthy planet for all.
